Our second visit to this beautiful part of England.  We have enjoyed a whole week of brilliant weather.  Visited Hartland Point, Quay and Lighthouse.  Atlantic Village a must for shoppers!  Made a trip to Cornwall, visited Bude, Boscastle and Tintagel.  Boscastle particularly nice.  All of us have had a brilliant time, received a warm welcome from the Currington's.

The cottage is superbly equipped, immaculately clean and we enjoyed many BBQ's on the patio while overlooking the fantastic views.  Sauna and Spa very relaxing as is the whole area.

Darlington Crystal interesting and some wonderful glassware on display.

We will all return to this area and cottage without hesitation.  Cheristow Cottages prove that self catering in the U.K. is a viable proposition that leaves another holiday seem normal, Cheristow is exceptional - Phil, Tracey and Alfie the Spaniel'.

‘This is just a short note to tell you that we returned to Southampton safely. We had a few hold-ups on the way and got back at five o'clock.  Mary and I had a wonderful time at Cheristow and it was made special by the way you welcomed us. Hardy seems a bit subdued as he no longer has Shadow and Pepsi to play with. I think it will take a little time for him to realize that holidays have to come to an end sometime.

Dan and I (and Scrumpy our border collie!) stayed at Bonds cottage..

We didn't get a chance to put any comments in the Visitor Book, so we thought we would email you to let you know what a fantastic time we had last week.

The cottage was superb.  Clean, warm and welcoming from the moment we stepped inside.  The cream tea waiting for us when we arrived was a very nice touch and much appreciated!

There was plenty to do in and around the area throughout the day and lots of places we were able to take the dog.  The evenings were just as nice with the log burner alight and an inviting hot tub and sauna to enjoy - could it get any better?!

The break was everything we had hoped it would be.  Calm, relaxing and peaceful.  The views from the cottage were fabulous, we could have stayed forever!

So thank you again for a fantastic week and don't be surprised if we're back again soon, perhaps with family and friends - we've recommended you and your cottages to just about everyone we know!
