Many visitors over the last 9 years we have been in business have suggested we post a periodic diary so that they and especially their children can follow the progress of the animals and events they experienced on their stay with us. 

We start this year off with Spring coming early with 4 piglets being born to 'Ping Pong' (named by some of our young visitors) and who was one of the Berkshire piglets we brought in April 2007 - picture to follow

The restaurant which we opened in June 2006 has been going well and we are busy getting the ground ready for the next crop of vegetables. We are also gradually redecorating each of the cottages so for anyone who has visited us before will probably find a complete change.

During the months of February/March (hopefully) and onwards, we are looking forward to having quite a few calves born.

To those of you who asked for an update we hope this text along with the photographs go some way to keeping you up to date and for those seeing it for the first time perhaps it will give an insight as to what we do here at Cheristow.
