So, we’ve all heard of the trend for Glamping over the past couple of years right? (that’s Glamorous Camping for those who haven’t!) Well, we happen to think that The Tackroom offers the perfect alternative for those who are still not convinced about the prospect of trundling 100 yards to the shower block across a soggy field first thing in the morning – although we’re still struggling to think of a convenient abbreviation for small-but-perfectly-formed-self-catering-holiday-cottage.
The Tackroom is a studio cottage with a simple to operate foldaway double bed which stows neatly into the wall leaving a good sized lounge/diner for daytime use. There is also a well equipped galley kitchen and shower room with basin and w/c. The Tackroom is a perfect base for those who plan to make the most of their time out and about!
