Stepping Stones Initiative – A Commitment towards Quality – the cottages were to such a high standard that I found everything in place. Fixtures and fittings are regularly being replaced with modern replacements in keeping with the cottages.

Pets by arrangement (except Buzzard & Shippon) – £25 per pet per week or part(Pets are not to be left unattended in the cottages or allowed on any furniture or beds)
Kennel facility available well behaved pets for time out alone
The children’s play paddock has swings, climbing, frame, sandpit, swing ball, bats, balls etc.
We have a variety of animals which children may enjoy feeding, including sheep, cows, ducks, chickens, pigs
We ask that children are not left unattended at any time in either the play paddock or around the animals
Arrival time – 4 p.m. Departure time – 10 a.m.
Thorough cleaning of cottages are undertaken between lettings. As the time available for this is limited we ask that accommodation is kept clean and tidy during stay and to be left in the same condition on departure as on arrival.
Please note that the hirer is responsible and is liable for any damage/breakage’s to the property and we ask that you inform us at the time of any damage/breakages which must be paid for.
A deposit of 25% per week is required within 7 days of booking with the remainder paid 10 weeks before commencement of holiday. For holidays booked within 10 weeks of date full payment is at time of booking.
Cancellation of Advance Bookings
If you book one of our HOLIDAY COTTAGES and then have to cancel or cut your holiday short, you will be covered if one of the following applies:
1. death, injury, illness, pregnancy, childbirth (which must be confirmed by a registered medical practitioner) or compulsory quarantine of any of their close relative or partner, close business associate or partner;
2. if public transport is disrupted by actual or intended strikes
3. if a guest must:
4. if the guest’s home has been seriously DAMAGED inside 14 days of the planned departure date or during the holiday;
5. if there is a national emergency and you have leave cancelled by H.M. Armed Forces or a policy authority;
6. if the you receive notice of redundancy which qualifies for statutory payment;
7. if you are unexpectedly posted to work outside the TERRITORIAL LIMITS.
A refund will be made under N.F.U’s terms regarding the holiday cottage rental plus an administration fee will be deducted.
