North Devon Holiday Cottage + Use of Sauna & Hot Tub

A recent detached conversion, the Orchard has a bright, open-plan, upstairs living area, with wood-burning stove, which makes the most of views across the countryside to the sea. The 3 double bedrooms are downstairs. The master double has its own bathroom, and sliding door onto the garden. The other 2 doubles share a shower room. In its establishing garden there's a sheltered, paved area for sitting/eating out.

Guests are all welcome to use the large picnic/play area, and the Spa Room with its hot tub and sauna which is bookable by the hour for private use.
